1.Take the product out of the fridge. 2.Apply the Freezing Anti-Fatigue Mask (gel), while still cold, on clean, dry skin. A 1-2mm thin layer is sufficient. Leave on for 20 minutes. 3.Rinse and remove gently with a non-abrasive cloth (soft cotton etc). Use up to 3 times per week.
