Children from 4 months to 2 years: 1 spray every other day. Children from 2 to 12 years: 1 spray daily. Children from 12 years and adolescents: Depending on individual needs, height, and weight, 1 to 3 sprays daily, either at once or spread throughout the day. In the case of a confirmed vitamin B12 deficiency, dosage should follow the instructions of a healthcare professional. 1 spray contains 4 µg of vitamin B12.
