Phytopharma Bromelain is a high-quality dietary supplement that, in addition to the bromelain enzymes from pineapple and papain from papaya, also contains manganese for normal connective tissue formation and vitamin C for normal collagen formation and cartilage function.

Take 2 capsules daily with a little liquid, one hour before a meal.

Pineapple comosus, equivalent to: bromelain (100 mg), Carica papaya, equivalent to: papain (100 mg), ascorbic acid (vitamin C) (80 mg), tocopherol (vitamin E) (12 mg), sodium selenate, equivalent to: selenium (55 μg), citric acid zinc, equivalent to: zinc (1.6 mg), Manganese sulphate, equivalent to: manganese (1 mg), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3 from lichen) (5 μg), anti-caking agent: calcium phosphate and magnesium salts of fatty acids, glazing agent: Gellan gum, capsule shell: pro-xylanmethylcellulose
The capsules are enteric-coated.
