Unlike classic D-mannose products, Alpinamed D-Mannose tablets also contain biotin and acerola vitamin C. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. Mucous membranes are found, for example, in the urinary tract. The D-mannose tablets also contain natural vitamin C, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

For short-term use in adults, the dosage is 2 tablets 3 times daily for approximately 5 days. For long-term preventative use, we recommend 2 tablets daily over a longer period. Allow the tablets to dissolve in the mouth or swallow them with some liquid. Ideally, the last dose should be taken in the evening after the last bowel movement.
