Alpinamed Black Cumin Oilforte Liquid is a high-quality black cumin oil from authentic Egyptian black cumin (Nigella sativa). The cold-pressed oil is obtained from carefully selected seeds and is characterized by its natural composition. Per daily portion, Alpinamed Black Cumin Oilforte Liquid provides 35 mg thymoquinone, the characteristic bioactive ingredient of black cumin that has already been the subject of many studies.

For initial use, it is recommended to take ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) daily. The dosage can then be gradually increased to 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day.
