For prevention: take 5–10 drops (approx. 0.25–0.5 ml) directly or diluted in water or juice once daily. Each 30 ml bottle contains ~600 drops, lasting about 100 days. Do not use if allergic to bee products, during pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Store in a cool, dark place out of reach of children.
