Preparation: Pour boiling water over 1 tea bag per cup/glass and let it steep for 5 minutes. Dosage: Drink 1 cup several times a day between meals, and 1 cup before bedtime.

Chamomile flowers (40%), lavender flowers (20%), lemon balm leaves (15%),
peppermint leaves (15%), bitter orange peel (10%).
