Before 3 years: as advised by your doctor or pharmacist. Between 3 and 5 years: 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10 ml) per day. From 5 years: 2 to 4 teaspoons (10 to 20 ml) per day. Do not exceed 20 ml/day. To be taken over a period of 1 to 2 months. Repeat several times a year if necessary.
